Lost of Wisdom!
So, last Thursday I had surgery on my wisdom teeth. I was really nervous at the beginning, but then I realized that I'm going there just to sleep, well take a nap. I.v. was scary for me too, because I'm no a really big friends with needles but it went well. They hooked me up to the bunch of machines and monitors. I don't even remember when I fell asleep and when I woke up I had only one thing on my mind. Hot Rods. I was dreaming about Hot Rods while I was taking my short medical nap. Short nap, short dream. Nothing specific only the yellow color and type of a car, and them BAM, i woke up. Nurse helped me put my hoody on, I don't remember who putting my T-shirt on. Then she put me in a wheel chair and to the car and off the way home. i felt like I was drunk, not a good feeling. Now it's my 4th day of recovery and it's going smooth. First bottle of medication is gone, two more to go. Hope the lost of my 4 wisdom teeth will not have and influence on my intelligence! Can't wait to eat normal food!! And use all my teeth not just the front ones, I fell like a squirrel.

New Shoes
Today we tested out our new hiking shoes at Tamarak park in White Bear Township. Roman liked the park very much. We saw some wild turkeys, which incidentally my immediate thought was OSTRICH! Turkeys are pretty tall. I also climbed a great big tree- Roman opted to stay on the ground.

What would Levi do???
Im not sure exactly how this idea came about, but Mom, Roman, and I decided we should make WWLD (what would Levi do?) and WWJD (what would Jake do?) t shirts- so we could live through their mindset. I feel like the answer to WWLD should always be "something crazy!" and the answer to WWJD should always be "something awesome". Roman made the stencil. Let us know if you want one!
Roman is starting a new collection as well. He wants to collect patches from each state he visits and put them on this Medical bag. So far he has Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Lets see how many other states we can venture into!

Lets Go Fly A Kite!
Roman and I have really been enjoying the spring, and watching the woods come alive! We found a kite in the garage and flew it- make sure to look at the clouds that day, they were all wavy and dream like.
We also had the great opportunity to meet the brand new additions to the Dingle Dog family! PUPPIES!!!!!!!!! We also took the kayaks out to explore new life in the pond. There are baby turtles, many geese, ducks, and egrets nesting and of course, the hawk that will try to kidnap all the baby geese and ducks later in the season. Luckily we will be gone for that terror.

Chicago: The Windy City
We went to Chicago in February, so I thought I'd tell you about our trip before we have anything Yellowstone to share.
We took the mega bus down to Chicago, we sat on the top level front row so it felt like we were driving. Wisconsin is not the most exciting place to drive through on a groggy winters day. it was a long way all the way across the state. When we finally started getting close to the city, it was rush hour, we had plenty of time to look at the lights of Chicago from the freeway. Our friend Laura picked us up and brought us to her place, she had a great view of the city out of her window! the city is so big!
We had some dinner at a "build your own burger" place, we had pineapple "adult" milkshakes that were awesome, and the burgers were delicious. The next day we explored Laura and Vishi's neighborhood while they were at work, and class. I got a haircut, chopped it all off. A lot of the houses look like Bill Cosby style houses... so we had our eye out for Cosby sweaters.
Laura took us downtown in the afternoon, we had some Chicago deep dish pizza and saw all the sights. Here are some pictures:

Spring has Sprung
Since the wedding, the weather has been beautiful! We have been playing outside, flying kites, kayaking, and practicing all the sports we can in the front yard. Unfortunately the only sport we both have potential skill in is catch, with a baseball. We are no good at Basketball, tossing a football, tennis, or baccy ball. oh well, there is more to life.
The backyard is buzzing with wild life. We've got at least 4 egrets making nests, wild turkey running around, the squirrels are getting fatter, a few hawks, and all kinds of birds. We are busy making a scrap book from our time in the US, and our wedding. Its coming along, we're up to St. Patrick's day already.
Soon we will be leaving for a summer in Yellowstone National Park. We will leave Minnesota May 5th, and our end date in Yellowstone is October 16th. We are very excited! Today we did alot of cleaning, packing, and sorting in preparation for our trip. Its coming!
